We have a total of 20 years of Recruitment experience and are both CIPD HR Certified Professional and an Advanced Certified Life Coach. Extensive hiring of IT professionals and proven experience of working in synergy and partnership with HR Managers, CTO, CEO, C.O.O and C.C.O within technology firms. 

We are available on a flexible basis for 2-4 days a week to help clients with an interim need based on a surge or demand in work. Or clients that are unable to justify a senior permanent hire. Clients who don't need a dedicated Talent Acquisition Leader but have    ad-hoc or a few specific requirement needs. We have experience of working with clients with a number of critical needs to helping clients build  teams over a 12 to 18 month period and have needed multiple hires. 

This service has been provided to businesses such as Gamcom, hiring a team of 30 consultants for their main clients Nationwide Building Society and Unisys. Morse/Delphis Group providing (30 +) 2nd, 3rd Line, Unix, Linux and Storage Engineers for Tier One Investment Banking clients. Such as UBS, Barclays Capital and JP Morgan.

 

Multiple placements have been made into Strategic Thought, Euro-RSCG Skybridge and other Fintech and Seeders list businesses.

Focused Futures also provide a unique After Placement Support Service incorporated within the fee to support the HR Team and Hire within the Onboarding Process. We have created a series of 12 modules to help the employees to increase their awareness of their thoughts and processes. Providing these employees with tools to enable them to operate more effectively in their roles at work, at home and within their communities. 

Employees have gone on to win employee of the quarter and year.

 

These modules have also helped employees deal with change, take on more responsibility within their roles and successfully gain promotions and pay rises
